I bought this for my husband for his birthday, and he loves it!Only drawback is that he rarely comes to bed before 3 a.m.!

I gave this game as a present and the recipient was very upset that you had to register the game and provide personal information before being allowed to play the game. The registration was for the option to play multiplayer of the internet. Whether you choose to play this way or not, you are required to enter your information prior to being able to access the game.

Major props to Overstock for shipping the game on time! I preordered this game a while back, and it was delivered on the release date. Nice. As for the game itself, well...the single player campaign goes by really quickly. but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The spec ops mode looks challenging, which should keep me in for a while. Multiplayer is fun as usual, except once in a while, you'll get a game with a cheater/hacker, which sucks for everyone. Had I known about the limitations that Infinity Ward put into this game (the # of max players, no dedicated servers, random player chosen as host) for the multiplayer before I preordered, I would have waited until this game had gone down in price. Oh well.

I'm not much of an online player, but I can say the single player game is excellent.I wanted to write this review because Overstock.com shipped the game the day before the release so I could have it on the day of the release. Fantastic customer service like that makes Overstock my first choice of online retailers.THANK YOU OVERSTOCK --------- YOU ROCK

This game does not utilize dedicated servers, instead it relies on P2P technology so when you are playing multiplayer you need to shoot 5 feet in front of where someone is to actually hit them.
