A real page-turner....and the stories are all true. A must-read for anyone planning on hiking/backpacking/rafting in the Grand Canyon.

Completely fascinating from beginning to end. First became interested and saw the book for sale when actually visiting the canyon. Then ordered it from Overstock because the price was so much better. Loved the book, very informative and absolutely riveting at times. It should be required reading for anyone planning a hiking or river trip to the canyon, or a visit for that matter.
