Wii mat
The mat keeps me from sliding around while doing some of the Wii fit activities . My feet get hot and tend to stick to the mat though. It does help absorb some of the shock while doing the activities. I wish it were thicker and more shock absorbing so my feet and ankles wouldn't hurt as much.
