Of all the games I've bought so far for my DS, this is the best and most addictive. It's not that I have to play it for hours at a time, but I find myself going back to it every day. I love how much you can interact with the game, and how recipes and friends keep being unlocked as you advance. The graphics and Mama's voice are really cute, and the whole game just has a happy feel to it. Once I beat Cooking Mama 2, I think I'll buy the original version, even though it might feel like a step down. I will be anxiously awaiting future versions, too. Anyone can play this game and enjoy it.

My daughter loves this game. She thinks its a blast getting to mix up her own foods. LOL And if it makes her this happy I highly recommend it. Anyone for a cook off!

My daughter loved the first Cooking Mama game, but we had never bought it, just rented it for our Wii system. She is 7, and she says that this one is better than the first. She and my son use their DS systems and are able to play at the same time! I even made a pizza the other day on it. GREAT FUN!
