I'm a big fan of musicals, and a big fan of disney, so this movie for me is just great. It's very well done and entertaining, and follows events that actually happened during the New York Newsy Strike. It's a great story and features some soon-to-be big names.

Some friends recommended this movie to me, and I'm so glad I bought it! It's a fun musical about the newspaper business featuring a young Christian Bale and even some other familiar faces, including Bill Pullman and Robert Duvall. It's a clean, good-hearted movie that's fun for everyone to watch. You won't be disappointed.

If you like musicals this is near as good as it gets. Plus the star cast... GOtta get it.

Newsies is a great family DVD. My five and four year olds love it. We have watched Newsies at least 20 times since receiving it a couple of weeks ago. Great musical with interesting historical conent! I will use this in my classroom when I am teaching social studies! I love overstock.com! They are the most reasonably priced website I have found. Great price for this movie. I was in love with this when I was younger. Anyone who likes musicals, singing and dancing, I think will like this. And as an added bonus for the ladies, there's a lot of cute guys :)

Great family movie!

Newsies is great!! It has been one of my favorite movies for as long as i can remember and i still watch it now! The story is great and the music is awsome!! I would recomend it to everyone, especially kids.
