Natural Cures
I purchased the first edition of this book. I personally tried the author's weight loss plan and lost over 15 lbs. in about a month and felt great! My skin looked better and my digestion troubles(I have always had trouble with constipation) became non-existant. One of my relatives followed this book to completely change her eating habits and is now down to a size zero. Trudeau's information about the additives which are present in many processed foods correlates to what I have read and heard from many alternative doctors: chiropractors, naturopaths, etc. I cannot wait until his new book comes out!

Title Is All Wrong
I was so anxious to get this book. But I must say that I was quite dissapointed. I've seen his infomercial on which he says that he can't say much on tv so buy the book and it will have all of these natural cures, which I believe that there are. But he barely gives the reader any. He constantly advises the reader to go to his website for the natural cure for this or that. I didn't buy the book to be constantly told to visit a website, I wanted to read it in the book. He does offer a lot of info about the FDA and other gov. organiations. But I kept reading to find a cure certain illnesses and he simply does not give any. And on the cover it says over 50 million copies sold. I'm in the wrong business. If you want to know what the natural cures are, this is not the book to buy.

Natural Cures They do not want you to know
Too small of print (my eyes aren't what they used to be), too much information, a lot of the cures were too complicated - just couldn't get through the book so was of no value to me. Made me stick to conventional medicine.

This book is an eye-opener. Some of the information appears a little extreme but Mr. Trudeau does make some very good points about the pharmaceutical industry and their lack of motivation to research alternative and healthy cures.

Junk Science
The author spends most to the book on his usual theme: Big Pharma, the AMA, and the food industry have combined to actually make us sick. To increase all of their profits. Sort of a Daisy Profit Chain. Only aftter several hundred pages of his rant, do we get some natural cures.. All of which you can find online for free
