  This is an excellent book for beginning guitarists who are interested in bluegrass. Intermediate players should look for more advanced books like the Tony Rice method or Steve Kaufman's books. I ordered the book thinking it was more advanced and wound up giving it to my nephew for whom it was very appropriate. I would recommend for novice players only.

  Every song. Every chord. All in one book. Almost every song fits on 1 or 2 pages with minimal page turning ever needed. Everyone in the band bought it. Excellent value.

  The author states in the introduction that this is not intended to be a Todd Rundgren biography but an in-depth look into Todd's studio productions. But, aside from the many technical and studio references, there are plenty of personal Todd facts that I hadn't read before. Overall, this is a "must have" item for Todd fans. Musicians who appreciate the recording, producing and engineering processes should also enjoy this book, even if they're not big Todd lovers.

  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. The book is well made, pages are heavy-weight paper, printing and photos are excellent with few typos.
