  This movie is perfect. If you've seen the original from 1982, this will answer some questions. Follows the original perfectly. The special effects are awesome. Very well done.

  I am not diabetic, but some friends and family are. I received so much valuable information about how eating raw can help your body repair itself. I passed this one on to family and friends. I eat raw either once or twice a day and I experience how much better my body feels in everyday activity. WHAT VALUABLE INFORMATION !

  The first few videos are a little too easy especially if you've taken classes elsewhere or have followed videos like P90x, but the complete workouts get a little more challenging since it focuses on vinyasa yoga which keeps you moving instead of having you do poses.

  I work in a warehouse and lift and haul stuff all day long. I'm not a kid anymore so all the abuse is beggining to take its toll. My wife got this dvd a few months ago. Her back and neck don't bother her anymore so I thought I would try it. Guess what? My back and neck don't bother me anymore. This is fabulous. They say the movements are theraputic in their design, well let me tell you, they're not kidding. I have told all the guys at work about this program.
