A unique twist of yoga that uses body weight in repetition for calorie burn. I just began using this DVD so I am uncertain if my body has changed much as I typically do cardio and free weights, however my back feels better and stronger. I like the change of pace as I recently have had injuries due to high impact. I recommend this to anyone looking for variety or interest in yoga. So far I have enjoyed most of Jillian's workouts.

The dvd appears to have two levels of 20 minute workouts--beginner and intermediate. However, going through both levels, it's the exact same routine. It's a total repeat. At the beginning, the instructor says that if you follow her lead it's the intermediate level. If you follow the student's lead, it's the intermediate level. My question is, " if that is the case, then why repeat the routine a second time under the heading of intermediate? Why not give a different routine?.
