    • Do-it-yourself sushi...NOT!

      I love love love this book but...I could never emulate Morimoto! if you think you can, this excellent book gives you detailed instructions and pictures in preparing lots of dishes. if you know you can't, you will at least enjoy this huge book full of Morimoto slicing and dicing, and it is also packed with some interesting trivia. I may not be a sushi chef, but I like looking at pictures of one.
