This is a great book. Very informative. I just wished he hadn't spent so much time on the law suits..... I have tried some of the things he talked about. And they work great.....

This book is great if you are tired of being fat. The book gave me an understandind about a lot of things that cause obesity.Not only does food cause obesity, but there are other factors that contribute to being over wheight.

Great information! Just the help I needed! My energy level is back up, I feel so much better and I'm starting to lose weight as well, in a very healthy way! Trudeau cuts through a lot of protocol others won't touch to truly give his readers help.

The Author has done a good job of filling the papers in the book with ink. I am dissapointed since I was enthusistic that I will get some novel information by reading all the three books. There was nothing in the book that I already knew. It's a waste of money to invest in these books. However I applaud the Authors ability to sell ice to eskimos.
