This turned out to be an excellent buy. The controller works perfectly well, just as well as the new one that came with the system I bought. It does feel a little worn-in, and has some nicks and scratches, but nothing that hinder my ability to play. Overall, it's everything a refurbished item should be, and I'd definitely consider buying more refurb. products.

Controller worked great right out of the box. As stated before, the packing was a little light but no damage to the remote. Like new! Great product-Great price!

They work great, except the left button (LB) on top of the controller doesn't work very well on one I bought, and the right one doesn't work very well on the other one. If you want a perfect controller, don't buy refurbished!

Works great! packing was a little light. I recieved a box with just the controler in it no bubble wrap no popcorn just the controler. However there wasn't any damage on the product.

Very pleased with the XBox controller....and I saved a good amount of money!!! :)
