I was a little nervous about buying a refurbished power cable for my Xbox 360, but the price of a brand new one from Microsoft was around $80. Since this one was a fraction of the cost, I decided to take a chance. When I got the power brick, I realized that the Xbox plug in for the power cable had this plastic piece that was preventing the power cable from being plugged in. However, I simply broke off the plastic piece and it works great, I've had no problems, it works like it's brand new. If you're unsure about this product, I'd say just go for it; it's at a decent price and it works very well, at least for me.
