  • Bottega Cookbook

    I've been to Bottega several times and have not been disappointed. I was excited to hear about this cookbook since I love the food so much. The shaved brussel sprouts salad is one of my favorites and I was really happy to see the recipe. I've had a number of the dishes at the restaurant and am anxious to try re-creating them at home. Even just looking at the beautifully photographed food makes my mouth water!
