I have always loved this movie because it reminds me about being a kid in the 70s and 80s. No one is running around listening to an iPod or texting her BFF in MEATBALLS. Bill Murray's raw, early talent is genius. Regular kids are in it-- no one famous then or now. I remember seeing it for the first time at the drive-in movie theater with my mother and younger brother-- the raunchy jokes went over my head, of course. This DVD comes with a behind-the-scenes look at what went into the making of the film. People who worked on the film talk about their roles and what it was like to be in a very northern part of Canada-- and we get to see Spaz and Fink as older men! If you've craving some late 70s nostalgia with silliness, buy this one.

This is a very funny movie. Bill Murray is hilarious as always.
