Instead, the "hits" mean songs that were hits, whether Robbins actually charted with the song or not. That may frustrate some fans looking for a budget-line collection of hits, but the disc remains a good listen, since Robbins was an excellent vocalist who could deliver engaging interpretations of such songs as "Lovesick Blues," "I Started Loving You Again," "Bouquet of Roses," "Kaw-Liga," "She Thinks I Still Care," and "The Great Speckled Bird."
