I purchased this cookbook for my daughter as a gift, and she is thrilled with it. Although she hasn't made everything in the book, she has used a couple of recipes -- actually from an article that featured this book -- and they were great! She says that the photos are an inspiration to create some pretty fantastic desserts. As a certified nutritionist with many clients who have allergies to wheat products, this book will be a good resource to recommend to her clients for elegant and different desserts.
