    • Made the Cut!

      I used this book to help me get out of a workout rut, and ended up making a fabulous friend who said, "I want to do what you are doing". We have been working out together ever since, and that was four years ago. I like the recipes she has included and the tips available throughout the book. Even after going through thirty days, I keep the book for reference and to use again!! Love it :)

      This book offers a great deal of information about toning up and losing weight. The workouts are well-planned and rigorous. She incorporates a variety of props so I had to spend a bit of additional money to obtain proper equipment. The meal plans were ideal but many meals were out of my price range.

    • If you follow the program, you will lose....

      I have had a really hard time dropping my last 10 pounds and highly recommend this book. Follow the program and you will get a tighter, leaner body. I dropped 1.5 pounds in 2 weeks. That may not seem like much, but considering I have dropped nothing for months, it was fantastic. Plus, my body is getting nice and tight.
