SAL MURDOCCA has illustrated more than 200 children's trade and text books. He is also a librettist for children's opera, a video artist, an avid runner, hiker, and bicyclist, and a teacher of children's illustration at the Parsons School of Design. Sal lives and works in New York with his wife, Nancy.

Great books for kids!
Got set of Magic Tree House books for my daughter who is in 3rd grade. Teacher is reading this books in a class this school year and she loves this stories. Now she has a set of books for her own library.

Magic Tree House Books
My 5 year old son and I read volumes 1-4 together and really enjoyed them. We are looking forward to reading the next volumes in the series soon. I think these will also be great books when my son starts to read on his own in the next year or so.

Great little stories
My 5 year old son askes every night to have the magic tree house books read to him. They are great first chapter books with some pictures and lots of words my son can read to me. Soon he will be reading the whole thing to me. I thought they were a little expensive and we are going to local liberary to take out the rest in the series.
