Yoga with Tunes
This is a great video for 2 or 3 roomies to workout too. We really like it! the music is fun and not boring and I love the yoga breakdown at the end. With all exercise videos it make sense to watch it first. You will notice your flexibility improve and you have 2-3 people to follow as you get stronger and more flexible. I've used this video over and over again to get in shape, throw a fun yoga party and enjoy as I get into or re-introduced back to yoga basic. For true yoga enthusiatics - turn the volume on mute and follow the workout.

MTV - Yoga
This is a must in your library of Yoga videos. I have bought for friends and family this DVD that you can't get anywhere else. I am so happy Overstock.com is carrying it. It is perfect for the beginner and the experienced.. You will not be disappointed. There is one exercise that they skip the right leg... but you just stop the video and do it on your own and your good to go.

I havent tried this DVD but I did preview it and I cannot wait until my first session. The music in the background sounds great.

GREAT FUN!
This was my first experience with yoga, and I had a blast. It's not boring at all! I bought other videos in this series, but was not as impressed as with this one.

A Great Yoga Challenge
Not for the yoga illiterate.A great actual practicing video. Should watch video first as suggested. Good video for yoga intermediates. Great breakdowns of positions with Lori at end of video. Music can be somewhat distracting.
