I would recommend this DVD to anyone. The routine is about 35 minutes long, and can be tailored to fit all fitness and ability levels. Kristin McGee is a great instructor. The workout relaxes your mind while working your body, if you focus on your breath throughout. The music can be a tad distracting, but it's not bad, and Kristin's instructions are always louder than the music. I do this video twice a week, and I'm definitely seeing results in my abs and thighs.
I broke my hip and had it operated in April. I felt I needed more help with exercising and this did the trick. I'm walking better and am not in pain anymore. Thank God for PILATES.
