The Sims 2 is so much more then Sim's one. It takes more effort and there alot more things to do. It takes a while for the load screen which is sort of annoying but its because it looks 10 times better then the first game. I'll admit I stopped playing it and found the 1st one to be much simpler but If your really into simulation and Sims 2 does a great job.
Recently, I got the Sims 2 for Christmas. I wasn't sure if I wanted it because of how much space it took up on my desktop. When I unwrapped it....I wasn't thrilled. After watching my cousin play her Sims I realized how badly I wanted to play it. I ended up playing the game for 12 hours during a road trip. Luckily, the game only ended up taking 1 MB (100 MB in a GB). I highly suggest buying this game.
