This is the second entry in the Sookie Stackhouse series as it takes the feisty telepathic heroine from small-town Bon Temps to the big city of Dallas in order to find a missing vampire at vampire Viking Sheriff Eric's behest. We get to see Sookie more settled in her relationship with her vampire boyfriend Bill as well as becoming better acquanted with the vampire culture, the sexy Eric, and the dangerous Fellowship of the Sun. If you enjoyed "Dead until Dark', you will enjoy this book. Additionally, I was impressed by how quickly Overstock got the book to me. I had it within two days of ordering and I had not expedited the delivery process.
