Gurmukh presents Kundalini Yoga in a format that is very easy to follow. With her very peaceful approach, she begins the class with Awakening yoga, then moves to Energizing yoga, on to Strength Building yoga, and then she seals it all up with a wonderful relaxation meditation. Although the exercises are both fun and simple, the slight variations Gurmukh encourages if the user feels the necessity, still get the job done. Wonderful exercises for opening the root chakra, where the kundalini energy is stored, and energizing it to move upward through all of the chakras, all the way up to the crown chakra. An excellent way to prepare for the forthcoming daily activities ahead. Highly recommended.
