This is the definitive book on yoga. It gives Sanskrit and American terminology. I really does shed a light on yoga! It is a wonderful book that you will refer to time and again. It is a little hard to read, you have to read it slowly, like any reference book. I really enjoy it and I know I will use it again and again. it has great pictures of every pose.

This is such a wonderful book on yoga with great illustrations. I just wish I had realized that is was a paperback book. I wanted the book as a permanent reference for our library, and don't think a paperback will take much wear and tear.
