This was a purchase for a very good friend getting married in July. After reading the book a year ago, everyone dear to me will recieve this book as an engagment gift. It is so well written, everyone should read.

I found the 3 disc set to be extremely helpful, informative, truthful and one in which my very belief system was challenged. Dr Robin is well spoken and knowledgeable, while providing oustanding examples that assist one in investigating his/her flaws and shortcomings, truthfully and honestly. She investigates the origin of many beliefs we hold dear which help to create "voiceless" individuals who exist rather than live vibrant and productive lives. This book wil inspire you, motivate you and encourage you to do better as you learn better. I highly recommend it.
