This DVD is useless. I actually threw it away. I have been dancing for 5 years, have taken lessons at various studios, learned different kinds of salsa and have purchased many dance DVDs I was very happy with. This is the worst dance DVD I have ever watched. I would not recommend this to anyone, and I can't imagine how anyone would benefit from it. There are so many good salsa DVDs out there. Please don't waste your money on this one.
