Leslie Sansone:Walk Slim (DVD)

I actually already own and use many of her workout DVD's ... but this one is my favorite. So, I purchased this as a birthday gift for my friend. I love Lesley's walks because I owned an upscale treadmill and every time I walked my feet would ache. So, on a suggestion from my sister-in-law, Lesley became my fitness guru and I feel so much better getting some weight off.... and walking has lowered my blood pressure and cholesteral enough that I do not have to use meds now!!!! I love her tapes and her coaching methods... and her faith, also, inspires me.... Thank you!!! I recommend her highly to anyone because of the variety she offers can fit anyone's goal.

This is a wonderful workout for any fitness level. I used this last year and lost 40 lbs using this and other CD's of her's 5 days a week and took weekends off.

Have used several of her walking videos. This is another good one.

I've purchased several Leslie Sansone workout CD's from Overstock, and they are terrific! Whether beginner, intermediate, or even if you are advanced at working out, there's something here for everyone. I've given them as gifts too. I highly recommend these workouts to everyone, especially to people who ask what I've been doing... I guess I just look SO fabulous! (lol!) But honestly, it works -- I do feel great, and I think this is a great investment health -- and at such a fantastic value. What's perfect is that you can do this at home in the smallest apartment space, and still get great results. I've tried many others, but I like these the best.
