This is a very good workout. You can either watch it with Ms. Sansone's comments/instructions or just watch it to the music. I would recommend it to anyone that ordinarily walks very briskly outside - you will use a lot of the muscle groups that you don't use with regular walking - trust me....I was a little sore.Read More
This workout is faster paced than some of her previous videos. The first mile incorporates hand weights. The second mile is at a runner's pace. The third mile uses an exercise belt. The fourth mile is at a faster pace but not as fast as the second mile. The last mile makes use of the stretchy band. She also includes three 3-mile combinations for days when you want a lighter or shorter workout. The total running time with the stretch segment is an hour and eleven minutes.
