  • The Poisoning of America

    Mar 30, 2010

    bagman2  from Berkeley, CA., Rating:5.0

In the first few pages of Toxic Loopholes the author poses 2 questions he intends to answer: “How well are our major environmental laws working?” “What prevents them from achieving their stated goals?” This book provided insightful, provocative answers to both questions by examining the real life stories of communities across America trying to gain the assistance of the law and the EPA to clean up their land, air and water. Toxic Loopholes arrives at a perfect time in history. Although the media provides more environmental coverage than ever before, most people still believe we have effective laws and government agencies that will shield them from pollution. By using real life examples and powerful facts, Toxic Loopholes convinced me that this is simply not so. • An Estate Planning Attorney at your Fingers

    Oct 7, 2014

Sam Costello  from New York, US, Rating:5.0

Three years ago my circumstances changed, I got married and since had a baby girl. I decided to use some will software to redo some of my old estate planning documents. Previously I had a will and living trust created by an attorney costing in the region of $1500. My financial situation has obviously changed also. On a recommendation from a friend who's an Attorney, I decided to use this will writing software, primarily to save money. At $47, it was a small price to pay when I realize the value of what I had received. Firstly I had to revoke my previous will and trust, this software enabled me revoke both my previous will and trust, providing clear instructions on what needed to be done to revoke both. The revocation of the will was included in my new will, while the trust had to be done separately. The creation process for documents is easy and thorough with a comprehensive help system included making the entire process user friendly and easy to follow. While other documents are ava...

I am currently in law school, and have never really thought about how important the defense attorney's job is. if they drop the ball this can happen. read this book! Realize that are system isn't perfect and you can always possibly be accused for a crime you did not commit. I really think that any student who wants to be a lawyer should read this book, and realize just how important there job actually is
