Very intense, yet comfortable, but don't be fooled, it's fast, rewarding and an excellent workout! Awesome feeling of accomplishment after you complete the 4-miles. Leslie is an awesome motivating force, that brings one hope, encouragement, and gives you the feeling that you are being trained professionally.
