I am a Vinyasa Flow yoga instructor and purchased this tape to expand my knowledge base and continuing education. I wanted something out of the accustomed yoga disciplines i've tried in the past. I found this DVD really valuable for my personal practice, as well as for what i share with my students in class. I would definitely recommend this tape for all age groups and levels.
I have used this for a few weeks now and I am very pleased. I am new to Yoga and this is an excellent video to start with.

I am familiar with other of Fiennes' work. I love her work. As a yoga teacher, I think she offers a gentle intro to Kundalini Yoga. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I've been doing yoga for 8 years off and on. This has been the best de-stresser. I would recommend this to anyone interested in yoga and meditation. Maya Fiennes is a pleasure to listen to, if that is in fact her voice. She provides sufficient explanation to enable me to keep with the routine. She explains the purpose of the movements. She provides instruction for breathing, and this is a plus for me. I highly recommend. I'm hooked. And after just two days I feel the difference in my overall wellbeing. I have a fairly stressful life. The dvd is a full 60 minutes, but if one wanted to do just the warm up, of about 30 minutes, that too is of great benefit. The full 60 minutes provides full body motion.I'm going to introduce this to my co-workers. The first part could be performed without changing clothes while on the job during a break. I'll be looking for more of Maya Fiennes works. Th only reason suitability for ages and entertainment value were 3 stars was that I really have no idea about this, this is subjective.
This is the first time I've experience Kundalini yoga. It's very different than other yoga I've done. It's very involved, so this won't be a video you squeeze in on a busy week night, however you do feel relaxed after the session and it is a valuable addition to a library.
I practice flow yoga and recently supplemented it with Kundalini yoga. My stress level has gone down, I am more focused and less irratable. The Kundalini yoga uses different mussel groups to flow yoga and that helps to strenthen and tone as well.
