I just started knitting about 6 months ago and I have made 5 or 6 of the scarves featured in this book. The directions are clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend this book for the newbie and and experienced knitters.

Like most beginning knitters, I've been making scarves. Garter knit scarves. Then I found this book. There are so many wonderful designs in there! I've made three so far, and have plans to make another three. What's great about the patterns is that they look difficult, but aren't at all. A must-buy if you're tired of the same 'ol, same 'ol.

I got it for my mother and she liked it. i dont like having to write 50 words.
