When I read the reviews on this DVD I was really excited to kick start my new exercise program and start getting nice and lean.. i was disappointed in this because on the reviews i read it said it was 'low impact' So i was thinking it would be easy to follow and there wouldn't be a whole lot of jumping around and such. The 'low impact' workout on the DVD was too much for me to be able to handle with my bad knee. I bet it does help with burning fat and getting in shape but this cardio workout was just too much for me, so unfortunately i cannot recommend this to someone who is looking for a low impact yet affective workout.

This is a lot of fun to do. There's a little too much hooping and hollering for my taste, but the workout is easy to follow and provides a good workout. I love the 20 minute format.

Kathy smith is easy to follow and gives good instructions. The setting, music, and "other cast members" in her workouts are fun. The workouts are combinations that build on one another. I've had some medical issues recently and need to keep my workouts low impact. This video allows me to do that, but still work up a sweat. It's definately in the beginner/low intermediate exerciser range...if you're an advanced exerciser, this video may be too easy for you.
