Please note that This is the small Pocket size. I was really disappointed after waiting so long for it to arrive. I needed the large size, and didn't know it even came in small. The price seemed to reflect the Larger size, so when I saw no description written on the product, I thought I was getting the classic.5 Stars for moleskine's consistent superior craftsmanship 1 Star to Overstock.com for failing to describe the product they are selling.
This is a 5-year journal in which you are encouraged to just write one or two sentences at the end of each day. The same date for 5 years is on the same page, so that you can look back at a glance and review your life. It's a good practice for me to take a moment when I crawl into bed to think of something that I accomplished during the day or something that I'm thankful for. I bought 6 of these to give to my family friends at Christmas so that we could all start the new year off with an easy and encouraging journaling habit. Everyone liked it. I think it goes best with the companion book, The Happiness Project.
I bought this as a gift that was requested by my older teen. So excited to receive it- began immediately with the first 'entry'. This journal couples creativity, crafts and contemplation. Should be a great relief from winter's boredom.
