  Please note that This is the small Pocket size. I was really disappointed after waiting so long for it to arrive. I needed the large size, and didn't know it even came in small. The price seemed to reflect the Larger size, so when I saw no description written on the product, I thought I was getting the classic.5 Stars for moleskine's consistent superior craftsmanship 1 Star to Overstock.com for failing to describe the product they are selling.

  This is a 5-year journal in which you are encouraged to just write one or two sentences at the end of each day. The same date for 5 years is on the same page, so that you can look back at a glance and review your life. It's a good practice for me to take a moment when I crawl into bed to think of something that I accomplished during the day or something that I'm thankful for. I bought 6 of these to give to my family friends at Christmas so that we could all start the new year off with an easy and encouraging journaling habit. Everyone liked it. I think it goes best with the companion book, The Happiness Project.

  Bought this journal for my grand daughter. She uses it to sketch. The pages are unlined so it works well.

  It's a nice size journal. Easy to carry in my purse. Pages are a thick parchment which makes for smooth note taking. My only issue is when I want to tear pages out- the book isn't designed for that- several pages become unglued. I try to be neat and concise as I take notes now so I'm less likely to want to tear out pages. It's a good buy if you want a small, good looking item for note taking.

  This book is a must have for anyone interested in collage or scrapbooking. Many great ideas with instructions. Collage on paper, glass, and metal. Also the use of items found in nature. If journaling is your thing, there is a whole section of journals using collage. Also a whole clip art section. Great ideas.
