Jillian Michaels: Shape Up - Complete (FS/DVD)

If you want a good work out that incorporates weights & cardio in a short amount of time--this is pretty good. If you do the 2 back to back which I usually do--it is great! Jillian is a little annoying with her laughing & snorts, but she gets the job done. (I usually do Jari Love, Billy Blanks and Cathe, so this is a nice change)

The video is well made and she extras to help you get in shape and a website for tips. It mostly a refresher course me since I been to health club before and it does motivate you to excise. You diffently need to do some stretching excise for sure before working out with this video because it is fast pace, and you should have a doctor check you out. Otherwise I found it fun and a motivator to workout.

This workout with 2 DVD's for the price of one is definitely a great value and will work you hard!!!! It is absolutely worth the money and will get you in shape fast!

These videos are great! You know when you are finished that you have worked hard and you feel good. They are just over 20 minutes so its easy to fit these into a busy schedule!

This workout never gets boring. Your enegry levels stay up and Jillian really helps motivate you along. Definately not for the weak at heart.
