I'm not sure how much workout you can get in 20 mins but this is a good workout and it's certainly better than doing nothing! PS You will want hand weights for this (3 - 5 lbs).

I got the DVD within three days of ordering it. Also I started it about a week later and I promise within 2days of it I saw the results. I am not a very heavy person, But could use some shedding and toning. It does work, I back it fully, and if you commit to it, you sweat within a 20min time frame, and walk off, feeling like you did something!

I recently got the 30 Day Shred and was so anxious to start the DVD. One of my best girl friends was doing it with me so it made me even more motivated. We decided to do each Level for 10 days and then break for 1 before starting the next level. The 20 minutes go by fast and it almost feels like you could do it twice and still not be tired. I didn't follow a specific eatting plan while working out and I also didn't weigh myself, as I judge my success by how I look and feel rather than a number on the scale! The only advice I would give is to 1. not push yourself too hard. I thought I was doing myself justice by doing what I felt I could and not pushing but I guess I wasn't paying attention to my body and as a result I got a shin splint that took me out of the "shredding" game for over a week. 2. Make sure you stretch more than what is at the end of each section. Really make sure you are relaxed and doing all you can to avoid injuries! All in all I would recommend this DVD to anyone. My injury wasn't because of the DVD but because of myself. I love this tape and I enjoy the workouts. They make me sweat and swear and most importantly they give the results you are looking for. *WARNING - don't expect to look completley thin if you have 10 pounds to take off. I feel it would take more than just 30 days to take all the weight off. Good Luck to all who try this DVD.

I really love this workout dvd! I usually do 30-40 minutes on the treadmill and then the dvd. Considering it is only 20 minutes long, after the first few times of doing it, my muscles really ached!

I wasn't sure what to expect with this video since they are 20 minute workouts. It is such an intense workout that I really feel like I worked out for an hour. This is perfect for the person that wants to get in shape but doesn't want to spend hours in the gym. Jillian works you hard. I am aweek in and I already see results!
