As she states in almost all of of her DVDs she will get you lean without getting big and bulky and she delivers. The DVDs are easy to follow yet challenging. As long as you are consistently doing them...I do mine every other day and cardio in between....you will see the results. I purchased another Jari Love DVD and that was great too. Now that I have the pack, I can mix up the DVDs to avoid boredom, I can definitely see a difference in my abs, and arms and thighs. I'm now going back to a size 4 from a 6. The woukouts are between 55 and 70 min and the 70 minute workout is a fanastic cardio and weight routine. You will sweat. Great for all levels.
These four workout vids are awesome! Jari keeps me motivated without being annoying or too chatty. I really feel the burn! I'm in pretty good shape, but I wanted to bring more weight training in to my routine. I can already see and feel the difference. I can tell that my strength and endurance have improved after just a couple weeks! I mix these videos in with my Jillian Michaels, Biggest Loser, and Women's Health DVDs which I love.
