this album is probably my favorite from jack johnson. very mellow and good for any situation, partying, chilling, or in a romantic setting.

Highest recommendation. Excellent cd. Vocal stylings and guitar/light drum combination make a great addition to any surfer/folk/guitar-music fan's collection of music.

Okay, my brother RAVES about this guy, so I thought, "What the heck?" Based on this CD, I found the music to be innocuous, but kind of bland and boring. Although it's pleasant enough, this CD is not one I actively seek out. If this is your type of music, Jack Johnson is one of the best in the genre. However, in my opinion, you really need to be into this kind of very low-key, mellow music to get the most out of this purchase. (And this is coming from hippie from the 70's who BREATHED Bread, Barry Manilow, John Denver and Air Supply)
