So far I have been quite impressed with this workout. Jari is not annoying and the instruction is very easy to follow. The work-out is a great challenge, I consider myself in medium shape, but the number of reps that she does really makes you feel it! I like that she has modifications for all the workout and you don't need a lot of equipment, just weights, although I do have an exercise ball that I use several times through-out.
