The audio books on cassette tape I received, all twelve tapes in this specific series from a specific author the tapes were twisted and tangled inside the cassettes. I have ordered audio books on cassette tapes before. Never have I received an order with the tapes so unusable. I am extremely disappointed with this order.

These are the greatest stories. I listen to them during my commute to and from work and have less road rage.
