This is a John Wayne World War II movie about the Pacific Theater. It is well done, with plenty of action. This is a part of American History that perhaps is overlooked today, mainly how throughout our nation's history individuals have looked out for the whole, not just their immediate area of concern.

A good thorugh story, well made. I would highly reccomend it to age 15 and up. It shows how everyone thought at that period of time.

What more do you need for a World War 2 classic..the Duke and Dimple Face!! Although the battle scenes do not match the CG available now, this movie is a must have for your World War 2 collection
