I heard about this group on Oprah Winfrey and I heard them sing one cutfrom this album. That was all it tookfor me to go out and buy it. These fourmen are fantastic alone and together.Such wonderful voices. BUY IT.

I just received my Il Divo album The Promise and I am very happy with it. It is compiled of fresh, new music that will be sure to please any Il Divo fan. I love the range of their voices and this was a pleasant treat! It doesn't sound like their typical albums which is a nice change, so many singers put out a ton of songs that all sound alike. In addition to their vocals, they have some great background music. You can FEEL the music, not just hear it. If you are a fan of II Divo, like me, I think you will be very pleased!I especially like the Adagio, Enamorado, Angelina, and my favorite on the CD is Amazing Grace!!

While I'm not an opera fan, this CD was very relaxing and much different than I expected. It wasn't like the fat lady singing or anything like that. The sounds were very relaxing and with familiar tunes, it makes for a great change of pace.

I bought 3 discs by Il Divo and love them all. Their voices together are incredible. I especially enjoy the DVD where one can experience them in concert.

wonderful music.....il divo has everything....music, vocals, heart, variety, the cd is an instant hit in our household.....we listen to this beautiful music on the road as well s around the house....and the overstock price....such a deal!!!!.....bravo il divo!!!!

When I purchased the item, it was out of curiousity ( because of Simon Cowell, the notorious "mean" judge on American Idol's, involvement). Now, after hearing these wonderful voices, I would not hesitate in purchasing more of the same. I speak no other language than English but you don't need to understand the words to be carried away with the music. It was an excellent "guess".

This is my second complete set of music from these wonderfully talented men. I play them so much, I needed a spare set!I know that if you give them a try you will fall in love with their lovely, trained voices, as well.

Great music CD. Bought it as a Mother's Day gift for my wife from kids and me. Classic songs, great sound. IL Divo sounds great. Wife loves it, mother-in-law loves it, friends comment on the great music.
