I have to say, I have tried a large portion of these recipes, and most of them are delicious and low calorie. The desserts, however, leave something to be desired. They taste ok, but I wouldn't make them a second time. Honestly the calorie count on the desserts sounds great until you realize that all she did was cut the portions by half or more. The wings and the taqitos, on the other hand, are amazing, and quite low in calories.
