GET this book if you have a dog or love dogs. It explains SO much about dog behavior and communications. Truly a terrific book!

This book is an excellent source for understanding dog behavior. It still helps me understand what my dogs are saying to me and to each other. The book contains sketches that illustrate body language and well-written descriptions of animal language. Most importantly, it explains very clearly how to understand and interact (or not) when dogs are working out alpha rank. I recommend this book to anyone that has a dog.
