The book is good and arrived in excellent condition but what I wanted to write here is about Overstock's customer service. This book happened to be supposed to arrive on the same day with another book (used) that I purchased from a private party. After about a week after the ordering, I checked the tracking numbers and both showed each item had been delivered. But I never received them! Because this was post office media mail they couldn't do much about it. I was very upset. I called Overstock's customer service just to see what they could do. Without asking any questions, the lady on the phone told me she would order a replacement for me right away, free of charge, and I got it in less than 5 days. I was very much impressed by this kind of customer care. I know they're #1 or 2 iin customer service in some national survey and now I know that was probably no joke. I'm certainly won over by this small act of kindness and trust.
