I don't have a problem with the product, I have a problem with O.co's shipping methods and customer service. It took more than 7 days to ship this item from Utah to Arizona! It was supposed to be a gift for a birthday, it didn't make it in time. Secondly, you have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I tried contacting you by e-mail, phone, etc. and got no response. Then when I checked back on the website to get the item #, I found the price had been reduced $$$ - as a result, I will never buy anything from your company again. Your company doesn't care about customer retention, so they just lost a customer! My suggestions to others planning on buying from O.co - check out prices elsewhere.
I give this an excellent as so far none of the dvds have malfunctioned. This is the entire 7 years of Buffy The Vampire Slayer, so it will take me a while to see them all :)............it is a very fun, clever show that somehow I missed when it was on TV. It takes awhile to get things from Overstock, but their shipping fee is very inexpensive and that is rather nice. The price was better than other places I checked.

I enjoyed the TV show, but I missed so many episodes for one reason or another that I stopped watching the last season.. Now I have a chance to catch up on all the shows I missed, and its renewed my interest in the series. Love being able to repeat or skip scenes. I've collected all the available seasons now, so when I can watch it I will.
