  This is a self help book to heal oneself of hidden memories that are causing health, love, money, or any issues that you have. I have tried a few of the codes, but was distracted by relatives visiting. I will try some more when things settle down. It sounds like you can heal yourself and the web site also will assist you for more money. You can attend free helpful sessions by phone or on you computer to assist when you need it.

  I would recommend this book to anyone who is seriously wanting to take charge of their own life & lose weight for life. Chris Powell is amazing. He keeps it simple, easy to follow & so positive. If you're done with excuses & just want to become the best you, this is such a great place to start. Very encouraging. I love it!

  This is my favorite book and I have purchased more than one since I first read it twenty years ago. It could be written about today and not back in the day. It's scary how Ms. Rand was able to see what many of us don't see now.
