If you want one book to go to...
This is it. I have read and own a number of nutrition books and this is the one I keep referring to. Great information and thorough explanations. Explains nutrition from primarily an Eastern point of view and provides scientific explanations. It gives you the how to. Make good use of the index.

No more junk, processed foods
Great book. I will keep handy and refer to often, large book, but easy to read and understand the value of good nutrition. If I had cancer, I would use this book as a reference for dietary info rather than the brief nutrition education info you get as a patient.

Great resource for every home library
I have Hodgkins Lymphoma and my sister told me about this book. I have begun reading it and have found the information incredibly useful not only for my cancer but for all aspects of my well-being. If you are looking for a desk reference of foods to eat for any particular condition this is the best I have found by far!
