    Reading through this book for 2 days has been enlightening and exhausting. It's really hard to put down! There are many different remedies offered for the same ailments so if one doesn't work, you can go to another. The authors also have stories of people who have used some of the remedies.Two of my dearest freinds are plagued with arthritis and there are several things to try. Both said they would try the golden raisins soaked with gin. I have a big toe that has lost the cartilage in the joint near my foot and I will try the remedy using olive oil. My personal library has many natural healing books but after reading through this one, I think it is by far the best since it uses many things that you can have around the house or those that would be easy to buy. It will definitely be my "go to" book when friends ask me "What should I use for...?"
